These are heavy duty spider weights to keep bait in place even in rougher surf and currents. This 1lb spider weight has 3/32" stainless steel legs. Although it is best for kayak deployment, I have used this weights with drones as well (just be cautuious for total weight inluding bait to prevent drone overloading).
